PikyHost is a multilingual web hosting company that specializes in subscription-based hosting services. The company required a website that would enable customers to easily sign up for hosting plans, manage their accounts, and communicate with customer support. The website also needed to be available in both English and Arabic languages.
As the lead developer for the PikyHost project, I was responsible for designing and implementing the website’s features and functionalities, including multilingual support, customized subscription plans, and a service page with a form for customer inquiries.
One of the primary challenges of the project was creating a multilingual website that would appeal to both English and Arabic-speaking customers. To address this, I worked with the client to develop a bilingual design that would be easy to navigate and understand for all users.
Another challenge was creating customized subscription plans that would meet the needs of individual customers. To overcome this, I developed a custom subscription plan builder that allowed the admin to select and customize hosting plans according to their specific needs, rather than having customers do it themselves.
The PikyHost website was successfully launched, and has since helped the company attract new customers and improve customer satisfaction. The website’s multilingual support has made it accessible to a wider audience, while the customized subscription plans and service inquiry forms have helped to differentiate PikyHost from its competitors.
